This is measured in dry ounces of voloume. We recommend kraft biodegradable bags for purchase if shipping is required outside of San Diego to reduce carbon emissions waste. We recommend using your kraft bags as refills and upon receipt putting loose content into your own mason jars and containers for better shelf-life & storage, and to ensure protection from moisture.
