LOVE THIS MOTHER LLC - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & FAQ INFORMATION:
WHY DO MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY MATERIALS VARY:
We ship and deliver all of our orders zero waste and plastic free, packaged with reusable and/or recyclable materials using eco-friendly padding and packaging options from alternate sources in order to eliminate waste. If there are any packing peanuts or foam they are sourced locally from partners, and are made out of sorghum which is compostable and dissolve in water. Shipping varieties may include but are not limited to alternating box types (priority USPS boxes, blank cardboard boxes), shredded paper, sorghum peanuts/wrap, kraft paper, recycled paper, reused wrapping paper, reused tissue paper, and reused gift bags.

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales, promotions, and holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

BIKE DELIVERY 92107:
All customers delivering to the 92107 zip code may ​elect to receive their orders via our bicycle delivery system. A team member of Love This Mother will deliver your order within 3-5 business days. You will be notified a minimum of 24 hrs prior to your delivery date of the time and day of your delivery. Please be sure to be home to receive your order. Our bicyclist will drop it outside your door and send you an immediate notification with photo of the delivery once it has been dropped. We cannot assume responsibility of lost/stolen products once delivered. You may not select this option if you are requesting delivery outside of the 92107 delivery area. If you incorrectly selected this option your order will be converted to the San Diego Zip Code Delivery, or non-local shipping delivery (whichever is applicable to you).

SAN DIEGO ZIP CODE DELIVERY BY DAYS:
As a San Diego, California resident living in one of the below zip codes you may select the Discounted San Diego delivery option, whereas the day you will receive your purchased goods and or refills will be based on your local zip code. This delivery method was designed based on the most sustainable delivery routing. Check back here for updates as the algorithm is perfected.

If we are experiencing orders that result in your delivery being more carbon neutral on an alternate day of the week but prior to the anticipated date below, you will be notified of the new date and time a minimum of 24 hrs prior to your delivery date. Please be sure to be home to receive your order. Our driver will drop it outside your door and send you an immediate notification with photo of the delivery once it has been dropped. We cannot assume responsibility of lost/stolen products once delivered. You may not select this option if you are requesting delivery outside of the zip code delivery areas listed below. If you incorrectly selected this option your order will be converted to the non-local shipping delivery.

Please find your zip code below for the day in which you can anticipate your delivery. Please note, your delivery must be finalized a minimum of 48 hrs before your delivery day or you will receive your delivery the following week.

SHIPPING:

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
Yes, and with ​any shipments outside of California we purchase carbon offsets investing in projects that reduce carbon emissions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY:
No. This does not align with our reduced carbon emissions mission. ​

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER OR PACKAGE:
We are not responsible for any packages lost by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier service. We are not responsible for any packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer either through our local drop off service or shipping carrier services.

If insurance was purchased with your shipping, you may be eligible to submit a claim for the item(s) via the carrier. If the claim is not approved by the carrier, we will not be responsible for product replacement. We will handle each claim to the best of our abilities, and reconcile any dissatisfaction of our clients. Remember to please confirm prior to payment that your shipping address is correct. If you need to update your address this can be done by toggling over your profile login, selecting "My Address" and clicking Edit or Add New Address. If you need assistance or have any questions please send us an email at info@lovethismother.com with your order number. If we receive & read your email indicating an incorrect address on your order prior to shipment, we we will update your address.
*We are not responsible for shipments where a customer failed to provide the correct shipping address or if a customer did not contact us with the corrected address in a timely matter.

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
​We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If insurance was purchased with your shipping, you may be eligible to submit a claim for the item(s) via the carrier. Please be sure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods for this claim. If the claim is not approved by the carrier, we will not be responsible for product replacement. We will handle each claim to the best of our abilities, and reconcile any dissatisfaction of our clients.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE:
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on tracking number and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order please contact us at info@lovethismother.com.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER:
You may add products to your order without a duplicated delivery or shipping fee if you contact us within 24 hrs of your order at info@lovethismother.com.
If you need us to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately and be sure to include your order number in your request. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS WRONG WHEN MY ORDER WAS PLACED:​
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@lovethismother.com. If we receive & read your email indicating an incorrect address on your order prior to shipment, we we will update your address.
*We are not responsible for shipments where a customer failed to provide the correct shipping address or if a customer did not contact us with the corrected address in a timely matter.
